  • On-site support team for setup and live assistance

Let us know the purpose of your session and we’ll prepare the room to suit your goals.

Are additional services available for collaboration sessions?

Yes. We offer a variety of optional extras to support your session, including:

  • Tea, coffee, and refreshment service
  • Catering for working lunches or extended workshops
  • Office supplies like sticky notes, pens, and printed materials
  • Access to nearby private rooms for one-to-one or small group discussions
  • AV support for hybrid collaboration or presentations

Please request any additional services at least 24 hours before your session.

How do I book a collaboration space?

You can book through the Regus app, our website, or by contacting us. To book yourself via your account, you can:

  • Log into your account and select your preferred location
  • Choose the date, time, and expected group size
  • Specify your preferred layout or tools (e.g. whiteboards, projectors)
  • Confirm the booking
  • Contact your center team for personalised support

Recurring or multi-day workshops can also be arranged easily through your center.

Can I tailor the space to suit different working styles?

Yes. Collaboration spaces can be reconfigured to suit your session format, whether it's a design sprint, team planning session, client co-creation workshop, or strategy day. We’ll help you adapt the space for informal or structured engagement.

Will someone assist with setup and during the session?

Absolutely. Our team will ensure the room is ready ahead of your booking, greet your team or guests, and remain available to help with layout adjustments, technical support, or additional supplies as needed.

Is catering available for collaboration sessions?

Yes. We can arrange catering to keep your team focused throughout the session. Whether you need light refreshments or full meals, we’ll work with you to provide food and drink options that suit the agenda. Please book in advance.

What if our session runs over time?

If the room is available, we’re happy to extend your booking. To avoid delays:

  • Consider booking buffer time in advance
  • Let the team know if you expect to run over
  • We can also provide access to a nearby lounge or meeting room if needed

What is your cancellation policy for collaboration spaces?

You may cancel your booking without charge:

  • Within 2 hours of making the booking
  • At least 20 working days prior to the session

If cancelled later, fees may apply:

  • Full fee for cancellations within 4 working days
  • Events with 11–20 participants: full fee with fewer than 9 days’ notice
  • Events with 21+ participants: full fee with fewer than 19 days’ notice

What’s the typical capacity for collaboration spaces?

Capacity depends on location and format. Most Regus collaboration spaces comfortably accommodate 6 to 20 participants. If you need space for a larger group or multi-team working session, please contact us or check availability online.

Can I book the same collaboration space for multiple sessions?

Yes. If you're running a series of innovation workshops, team planning days, or project rituals, we can help you secure the same space on a recurring basis. This ensures consistency and ease of setup across all sessions.

Can we record our session or livestream it to remote participants?

Yes. If you'd like to record your collaboration session or broadcast it to remote colleagues or stakeholders, let us know. Many rooms can be equipped with the necessary AV tools, and our team will assist with setup and testing to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Can we run breakout activities or parallel group work in the same booking?

Yes. Many collaboration spaces can be divided into zones or used alongside breakout rooms. If your agenda includes multiple small-group activities, let us know and we’ll help you structure the day with the right room mix and flow.

Can I use collaboration spaces across multiple Regus locations?

Yes. If your team operates across different regions or needs consistency across sessions in multiple cities, we can help you coordinate similar setups at various Regus centers. This is ideal for national team workshops, brand-wide alignment sessions, or global campaign planning. Please reach out to us to discuss your schedule and specific requirements.
