Once you’ve registered, you can use a private office as and when you need it by simply booking on our app.
You can book in advance to secure a workspace, or drop in whenever you need to work, during the center's opening hours.

A Regus office access plan is designed for someone just like you. The 5 and 10 day per month packages are tailored for someone who needs workspace occasionally, with the flexibility of choosing a private office wherever they need.
Creating an account also gives you an additional 10% discount on all on-demand space bookings made via the app, including additional private offices, desks in coworking spaces, and meeting rooms.
You’ll also be able to see all your bookings and manage payments through your account.

We can’t guarantee you will be able to use the same office over consecutive days as these are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, but you can ask the on-site community team if they can help reserve the same office for you on the days you need. We’ll be happy to accommodate.

As an office space access plan customer, you and your team are free to enjoy the following facilities available at your location:

Our office access plans start from as little as one-month and are available on month-to-month contracts, as well as longer periods.
Discounts are available on contracts of six months or longer in duration.

If you require 24/7 access to your space, please contact us to enquire about an individual or team office.

You can change your membership when it’s time to renew - just let us know. Or you can upgrade at any time.
When does my agreement start and end?
When does my agreement start and end?
You can start your agreement on any day of the month. Our billing periods align to calendar months so your first invoice will be billed pro-rata from your start date to the end of the month. All agreements end on the last day of a calendar month.
For example, if you sign up for a 12 month agreement to start on 15 March, we will bill you pro rata from 15 March to the end of that month, then your 12 month agreement will run from 1 April until 31 March the following year.
