Question 2

Can I book a coworking desk for a day in Paril?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can use a shared workspace in Paril for as long or as short as you need.

Regus offers the following short term coworking options in Paril:

Day Coworking
Coworking Access Plans - enabling you to book a hot desk in a coworking space for multiple days in a month

Meeting rooms and private offices in Paril are also available for short term booking.

Question 3

What types of shared workspaces are available to rent in Paril?

Accepted Answer

There are two types of coworking options available in Paril: dedicated desks or hot deks. When you rent dedicated desks in a shared office, you and your team will sit in the same space every day, allowing you to work and collaborate in a communal environment.

Hot desking gives you the freedom to work in a different spot each day and only pay for the time and space that you use.

Nearly all of our centers in Paril allow you to rent a dedicated desk that's reserved just for you, or drop-in and hot desk on demand.

Question 4

Is there a minimum coworking rental term?

Accepted Answer

There is no minimum rental term when using our coworking spaces in Paril. You can use a coworking space in any of our centers in Paril for a minimum of one hour or reserve a dedicated desk for as long as you need. For even more flexibility, our range of Coworking Access Plans gives you access to coworking desks in Paril by the day or for five, ten or unlimited days' access per month.

Question 5

Do I need to book a coworking space in Paril in advance?

Accepted Answer

If you have reserved a dedicated desk in Paril, there's no need to book in advance. However, if you prefer hot desking by the hour or day, it's a good idea to book a space in advance via the Regus app, online or by phone to ensure a space is available.

If you have a Coworking Access Plan, which grants you 5, 10, or unlimited visits per month to a coworking space in Paril, then it is strongly recommended to book your hot desk at your chosen center in advance using the Regus app, or via your MyRegus account.
