Question 1

How much does a coworking space in Cebu cost?

Accepted Answer

The actual price will vary if you are renting a dedicated desk, looking for a day or hourly option or a Coworking Access Plan, as well as the selected location in Cebu.

Prices also vary by contract length, with longer contracts coming with discounts automatically applied.

Prices for coworking in Cebu start at:

Dedicated Desk: Php 270 per person per day
Day Coworking: Php 1,090 per person per day
Coworking Access Plan: Php 300 per person per day (including unlimited days coworking access per month)

Dedicated Desk and Coworking Access Plan pricing is based on 24 month contract lengths.

Coworking Access Plans are available for individuals and teams of any size. These give you access to any of our coworking spaces in Cebu with 5, 10, or unlimited days usage a month. To buy an Access Plan for your team please contact us.

Question 2

Can I book a coworking desk for a day in Cebu?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can use a shared workspace in Cebu for as long or as short as you need.

Regus offers the following short term coworking options in Cebu:

Day Coworking
Coworking Access Plans - enabling you to book a hot desk in a coworking space for multiple days in a month

Meeting rooms and private offices in Cebu are also available for short term booking.

Question 3

What types of shared workspaces are available to rent in Cebu?

Accepted Answer

There are two types of coworking options available in Cebu: dedicated desks or hot deks. When you rent dedicated desks in a shared office, you and your team will sit in the same space every day, allowing you to work and collaborate in a communal environment.

Hot desking gives you the freedom to work in a different spot each day and only pay for the time and space that you use.

Nearly all of our centers in Cebu allow you to rent a dedicated desk that's reserved just for you, or drop-in and hot desk on demand.

Question 4

Is there a minimum coworking rental term?

Accepted Answer

There is no minimum rental term when using our coworking spaces in Cebu. You can use a coworking space in any of our centers in Cebu for a minimum of one hour or reserve a dedicated desk for as long as you need. For even more flexibility, our range of Coworking Access Plans gives you access to coworking desks in Cebu by the day or for five, ten or unlimited days' access per month.

Question 5

Do I need to book a coworking space in Cebu in advance?

Accepted Answer

If you have reserved a dedicated desk in Cebu, there's no need to book in advance. However, if you prefer hot desking by the hour or day, it's a good idea to book a space in advance via the Regus app, online or by phone to ensure a space is available.

If you have a Coworking Access Plan, which grants you 5, 10, or unlimited visits per month to a coworking space in Cebu, then it is strongly recommended to book your hot desk at your chosen center in advance using the Regus app, or via your MyRegus account.

Question 6

Can I hot-desk in multiple centers in Cebu?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can hot-desk by the hour or day in any of our centers in Cebu. This is made easier and quicker with a Coworking Access Plan. Simply book via the Regus app, then turn up and join a thriving, shared environment that contains everything you need to get to work, including high-speed WiFi, cafes, lounge spaces, comfortable sofas and collaborative meeting spaces.
