There are two types of coworking options available in The Acreage: dedicated desks or hot deks. When you rent dedicated desks in a shared office, you and your team will sit in the same space every day, allowing you to work and collaborate in a communal environment.

Hot desking gives you the freedom to work in a different spot each day and only pay for the time and space that you use.

There is no minimum rental term when coworking in The Acreage. You can use a coworking space in any of our centers for a minimum of one hour or reserve a dedicated desk for as long as you need. For even more flexibility, our range of Coworking Access Plans gives you access to coworking desks in The Acreage by the day or for five, ten or unlimited days' access per month.

If you have reserved a dedicated desk in The Acreage, there's no need to book in advance. However, if you prefer hot desking by the hour or day, it's a good idea to book a space in advance via the Regus app, online or by phone to ensure a space is available.

If you have a Coworking Access Plan, which grants you 5, 10, or unlimited visits per month to a coworking space in The Acreage, then it is strongly recommended to book your hot desk at your chosen center in advance using the Regus app, or via your MyRegus account.
