relationships. By referring your client’s needs to Regus, the global leader in flexible
workplace solutions, you gain access to over 35 million square feet in more than 1,200
locations worldwide. With the range of locations and services Regus offers, we can meet
the needs of smaller clients that may not be the right fit for Jones Lang LaSalle
managed properties.
The process is easy – with one single point of contact
Mariana Lang is a dedicated JLL Team Member who is responsible for helping you get the
most out of Regus. When a client or prospect has a flexible space requirement that Jones
Lang LaSalle can’t accommodate, you can contact Mariana in one of two ways

Once your client or prospect signs an agreement with Regus, you will receive a 10% referral
fee. Licensed brokers are paid in accordance with existing commission structures. All other
unlicensed employees will be paid referral fees in their year-end bonuses.
