The Lima Real Seis San Isidro Center occupies the sixth and seventh floors of an imposing blue, rectangular building on a tree-lined avenue filled with individually-designed, high-rise commercial buildings. These are occupied by some of the world's leading companies including food and drink manufacturers and an increasing number of IT firms. In recognition of San Isidro's reputation as an artists' colony, the center's reception has an impressive wood sculpture. San Isidro has become the country's leading financial center, with many international banks and financial institutions, as well as more than 30 embassies and consulates. Virtually all Peruvian service sector businesses are based in Lima, as well as two thirds of the country's mining and manufacturing businesses which use the nearby port of Callao to export their goods, most notably fish and fish products, oil, steel, silver, zinc, cotton, sugar, coffee and textiles. There is a five star hotel right next to the center inside the complex, and the center has multilingual support staff.
