The Sao Paulo Rochavera-Murumbi Center is on the 15th floor of one of the four buildings in the Rochavera Tower complex. Striking design, with slanted glass facades and marble interiors, is supported by integrated technical systems for maximum efficiency. The towers have 'green building' certification to recognise their use of natural resources, including a landscaped central plaza with trees and water features, and improved light and air quality inside the building. Other features include a helipad, self-sufficient electrical generators and basement parking. Its advanced technology and environmental design have attracted major business tenants since the building opened, including a global chemical company and its subsidiaries. Murumbi train and metro station is part of the complex, which is situated on a main thoroughfare in the south west of the city.
