To reserve a meeting room in the DFW Admirals Club, please call 1-866-387-7064. The DFW-A Admirals Club is located after Security on the third floor of Terminal A, across from Gate 24. The club is accessible by elevator and stairs. The DFW-B Admirals Club is located after Security on the first floor of Terminal B, between Gates 5 and 6.The DFW-C Executive Center is located after Security on the third floor of Terminal C, inside the Admirals Club between Gates 19 and 20.The DFW-D Admirals Club is located inside Security on level 5 of Terminal D across from Gate 23. American Airlines Admirals Club lounges and Admirals Club Executive Centers offer fully equipped meeting rooms in convenient airport locations. Think of it as having a private office at the airport. There is no need to rent a car or even book a hotel for an overnight stay. Fly in for a client meeting, close the deal, and still be home in time for dinner. And anyone can book a meeting at an Admirals Club or Executive Center location - no membership is required. Conference rooms are equipped to meet the needs of an individual traveler or a large group.
