About this center
Portland World Trade Center is centrally located in the heart of the city’s business district and boasts spectacular 11th-floor views of the Willamette River and Mount Hood and Mount St Helens. Immediate neighbors include financial, legal and professional services companies, but Portland is also home to the US west coast’s third largest port, even though it is located about 80 miles upriver. With the largest commercial dry dock in the whole of the country, Portland is the largest shipper of wheat in the US. Many other industries are based here because of the benefits of relatively low energy cost, accessible resources, good freeways links, international airports and intercontinental railroads. The building hosts its own amenities, but a short riverside walk takes you downtown. The center offers conference facilities and a theater-style auditorium. The World Trade Center has good access to Interstates 4 and 405.

By Road:
FROM INTERSTATE 5 or INTERSTATE 84 WEST
- Take City Center exit and follow signs to Morrison Bridge over Willamette River.
- From bridge take Front Avenue exit (Naito Parkway) and travel south.
- Turn right onto Taylor Street.
FROM INTERSTATE 5 NORTH
- Take Front Avenue/City Centerexit.
- Drive through first light and turn right to travel north on Front Avenue (Naito Parkway).
- Turn left onto Taylor Street.
FROM HIGHWAY 26 EAST
- Take City Center/Downtown exit (middle lane) onto Market Street eastbound.
- Travel north on Front Avenue (Naito Parkway).
- Turn left onto Taylor Street.
CAR PARKING
- Entrance to the parking garage is on the left as you enter Taylor Street. Take elevators to skybridge level and follow signs for Building One.
By Air:
- Take N.E. Airport Way and follow directions above for Interstate 84 West.
By Public Transport:
- Two-minute walk from the transit mall which accesses TriMet bus system and the Max rail system.
