Centennial Lakes Office Park is part of a 100-acre, mixed-use development which blends office, retail, entertainment, residential and park areas into a master-planned development which has been nationally recognized. One of the key elements of Centennial Lakes Office Park is the beautiful 25-acre park and lake system reaching into the center of the office park. The adjacent Centennial Lakes shopping center offers convenient access to seven restaurants as well as computer and office supply stores and other retail services.
The center sits beside a gorgeous lake surrounded by walking paths, swinging benches, picnic areas and an 18-hole putting golf course. The Centennial Lakes center is located in Edina, a southwestern suburb of the Twin Cities, with easy access to I-494 and just five minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to downtown Minneapolis. Edina boasts the very first covered shopping mall in the U.S. - Southdale - and France Avenue is home to a large number of upscale retail shopping centers and grocery stores. For business travelers, there are more than a dozen hotels within five miles of Centennial Lakes.
The Centennial Lakes center offers a Macaroni Grill restaurant and is across the street from Ciao Bella, one of the Twin Cities finest Italian restaurants. The center also has a convenience store/gift shop with dry cleaning services, a locker room/shower facility and a large deli that serves everything from sandwiches to salads to burgers, including breakfast.
