Normandale Lake Center is located in the distinguished Normandale Lake Office Park, the premier business location in southwestern Minneapolis at the intersection of Normandale Boulevard and I-494. Overlooking a spectacular lake with a picturesque view, this center offers fine dining at the four-star Kincaid’s Fish, Chop & Steakhouse in addition to a variety of eateries throughout the office park such as Caribou Coffee, along with convenience stores, concierge services, full-service beauty salon, flower and gift shop, dry cleaning facility and a professional on-site day care center. Admire the tranquil setting of the courtyard filled with a captivating fountain with surrounding greenery that leads to a walking path along the lake. For added security, the parking ramps are monitored as well as offer a parking garage with card-access.
Clients enjoy the use of a professional reception area and a friendly welcome, two conference rooms that hold up to four people, and one large conference room that accommodates twelve, in addition to furnished offices for hourly or all-day use. A Business Lounge is available complete with vending and refreshing beverage assortments, stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, and internet access for clients on the move. Should clients need hotel accommodations, we are within a mile of Crown Plaza, Hilton Garden Inn and Residence Inn by Marriott and within five to ten minutes of the Sheraton, Hotel Sofitel, Embassy Suites, and Holiday Inn. Our receptionist is available to assist in making hotel reservations to ensure our clients stay focused on their business.
