This traditonal, one hundred year old, five-story building is in Central Square making it walking distance to the internationally renowned Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Both Harvard and MIT collectively employ around 20,000 people. The proximity of the universities has made the city a center for non-profit groups and think-tanks such as the National Bureau of Economic Research, Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and One Laptop per Child. Cambridge is known as a cradle of innovative technology and research. Hi-tech companies are among the largest employers. Three of the biggest have offices in Cambridge, along with major media corporations that use the town as their New England headquarters. On the outskirts of Boston, it is close to the city’s universities, a global finance market and a range of strong industries including tourism, publishing, medicine and biotechnology.

By Road:
- From Boston:
Take the Massachusetts Avenue Bridge into Cambridge. Located at 485 Massachusetts Avenue.
Or, take the Longfellow Bridge into Cambridge. Go through two traffic lights. At the fork, bear left onto Broadway. At the third light, take a left onto Prospect Street. Take a left on Massachusetts Avenue.
- From the West:
Take the Mass Pike to the Brighton/Cambridge exit. Go across the Charles River into Cambridge and take River Street to Massachusetts Avenue and take a right.
- From the North:
Take Route 93 to the McGrath Highway exit. At the end of the ramp, take a left. Go through one traffic light. At the next light (Rte. 28) turn right. Go through two lights and the road will bear left as it goes over a trestle bridge. As you bear left, stay to the right and get off at the ramp right next to the gas station, where the sign says "Washington Street." At the traffic light at the end of the ramp, turn right. The road will soon bear to the left and reach a traffic light (this is Union Square in Somerville). Take a right at the light and go to the next light. Turn left at this light and go up a small hill. Bear right at the next traffic light - this is Prospect Street. Go up Prospect through five lights, then take a left on Massachusetts Avenue!
