To reserve a meeting room in the Chicago Executive Center, please call 1-866-387-7064. The Chicago Executive Center is located in Terminal 3, inside the security checkpoint, in the crosswalk between Gates H6 and K6. American Airlines Admirals Club lounges and Admirals Club Executive Centers offer fully equipped meeting rooms in convenient airport locations. T hink of it as having a private office at the airport. There is no need to rent a car or even book a hotel for an overnight stay. Fly in for a client meeting, close the deal, and still be home in time for dinner. And anyone can book a meeting at an Admirals Club or Executive Center location - no membership is required. Conference rooms are equipped to meet the needs of an individual traveler or a large group.
