About this center
The One Raffles Place business centre is in one of the city’s most prestigious buildings at a leading address for financial institutions and multinational corporations, close to major banks, professional firms, established business houses and the Stock Exchange. This 60-storey building is one of the three tallest skyscrapers in Singapore and was known as the OUB Centre until it was renamed following the construction of a new elegant crystalline commercial tower next to the existing tower. The building is an integrated development in its own right, with six floors of retail space, a spa club with rooftop swimming pool and underground pedestrian tunnel links to Raffles Place Mass Rapid Transport station and other major buildings. It has a dramatic entrance with an eight-storey high cutaway, skylights and other lighting effects creating an airy feel. The tower is clad in an aluminium alloy which changes colour as it reflects the light.
