The Milan Duomo Centre occupies a historic building on the Piazza Duomo, Milan’s main and most central square, surrounded by important buildings including the city’s famous Duomo Cathedral, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world. The square is sometimes described as the world’s oldest shopping mall because of its fashion houses and shops in the heart of Milan, the hub of the global fashion industry and home to all the leading designers. The Milan Duomo Centre is also in walking distance of the city’s financial district and stock exchange. It is well served by public transport, close to two underground stations, and only 20 minutes from the Airport Enrico Forlanini, which handles domestic and short-haul international flights and is generally known as Linate airport.

By Road:
- Since the center is extremely well served in terms of public transportation, car is of little use.
- Coming Central Railway Station drive into Via Vittor pisani until Piazza della Repubblica, then turn left in Bastioni di Porta Venezie, until Piazza Oberdan.
- Turn right take Viale Majno down to Piazza 5 Cinque Giornate, turn right in Corso di Porta Vittoria, then Verziere, Via Larga then at traffic light turn right in Via Baracchini:
- Stop at Piazza Diaz at the public Car Park which is only 100 mt from Regus center through Via Giardino and VIa Speronari
By Air:
FROM LINATE AIRPORT
- TAke bus No73 to Piazza San Babila, approximately 20 minutes
- Buses run every 10 minutes between 6.05 and 00.55.Underground line 1(direction Bisceglie/Molino Dorino)from Piazza San Babila to Piazza Duomo.
FROM MALPENSA AIRPORT
- Take Malpensa Express train service to Cadorna FN railway station, approximately 40 minutes.
- Trains run every 30 minutes between 6.45 and 22.15.From 6.00 to 6.45 and from 22.45 to 1.30 there is a substitutive bus service.
- Underground line 1(direction Sesto S.G)from Cadorna FN to Piazza Duomo.
By Public Transport:
- 10 minutes from Central railway station:underground line 3(direction San Donato) to Piazza Duomo.
- Many surface transportation lines and 2 underground lines (1 & 3).
