By Road:
FROM THE M4
Leave M4 at junction 29 (Signposted Cardiff E & S) and joint the A48(M)
Stay on the A48 following the signs for Cardiff and then the City Centre for approximately 3 miles.
Exit A48 signposted Docks and Cardiff East, and stay in the left hand lane and bear left in the designated lane
Stay to the left branch and at the roundabout take the 2nd Exit on to A4161 (Newport Road)
At the next roundabout take the 2nd Exit
Follow Newport Road for 1.75 miles
Go under the railway bridge and regus is one block on the left.
NCP carparking is a vailable if you take hte next right afte passing the Regus Building.

By Public Transport:
Trains
Regus Cardiff City, is approx 200 yards from Queen Street Station, trains to Cardiff Central Station are every 5-10 mins and vice versa. Taxis are available from Cardiff Central Station.
