The Paris Concorde Centre occupies a 19th century building on Rue St Florentin, a historic street it shares with the US embassy, headquarters of the French navy general staff and the national ombudsman’s office. Euronext-Paris, the city’s stock exchange, is located on an adjacent road. Finance is one of the city’s main industries, with telecoms, hi-tech manufacturing and transportation also rapidly growing sectors. The Paris Concorde Centre building features a peaceful interior courtyard overlooked by traditional wrought iron balconies.
