The Frankfurt Skyper Villa Centre is part of a complex that incorporates a 154m high office tower, a mixed business and residential building and the Skyper Villa, built in 1915 and well known in Germany as the former home of the major construction company Philipp Holzmann. The centre occupies three lower floors of this landmark development in the heart of Frankfurt’s banking district. The city is the headquarters of the European Central Bank and German Federal Bank as well as home to the German branch of the International Finance Corporation and many leading commercial banks. The Frankfurt Skyper Villa Centre is just two minutes from the nearest U-Bahn underground station and 500m from the city’s main rail terminal.

from the Motorway A 5 change on the junction Westkreuz Frankfurt and take the A 66 via "Stadtmitte/Messe". Follow the street in direction of "Hauptbahnhof".
