The Sao Paulo Plaza Centenario Center is located on the 10th floor of a 32-story high-rise renowned for its advanced intelligent building technology and design. The 135m tall Plaza Centenario Building is on a main thoroughfare in a key commercial district with a high concentration of big national and multinational companies from IT, finance and other service sectors. Sao Paulo is the base for important research and development institutes, and the state government actively promotes science, technology and innovation. This district is growing rapidly and attracting new business. The building has its own helipad and at ground level there is an amphitheatre that can hold 180 people. There are excellent transport links, including the city’s bus, metro and rail systems. The international airport is only 25km from the city, and Congonhas Airport for domestic routes is even closer. The center has a fully equipped auditorium and a cyber café.

By Road:
- From Marginal Pinheiros: After Jockey Club follow direction Santo Amaro – Interlagos. Take the right exit Brooklin, Morumbi Bridge (Lanes 1 and 2) cross Morumbi Bridge traffic lights turn left, and follow return sign.
- Follow Nações Unidas Av. for 1,5km umtil Plaza Centenario Building. From Dutra Highway: Exit the end of the highway and join marginal Tiete/Pinheiros.
By Air:
- Guarulhos International Airport and Congonhas Domestic Airport.
