The Sao Paulo Market Place I Center is located on ninth floor of a high-rise office building in Brooklin, a prosperous neighborhood in downtown Sao Paulo that is becoming the city’s main financial district. Among the surrounding commercial complexes are the offices of many well-known local and international companies, including banking services, law firms and consultancies. Sao Paulo is seeing a growth in service providers, including telecoms, corporate management, broadcasting and publishing. At the base of the building is the Market Place shopping mall, and there is a helipad on the roof to cater for the city’s many helicopter owners.
